These 12 event cards slot right into the citizens deck and suddenly every turn feels like it could flip on you. Had one game where a single event wiped out my whole resource engine, and it was honestly the most fun I've had losing. Great little addition for 2-5 player nights.

Adding the citizens deck events completely changed our table talk — suddenly everyone's hoarding resources for the wrong reasons. The double-sided cards are a nice touch, and 12 feels like the right amount without bloating setup. Genuinely can't imagine going back to plain games now.
